Our mission is to advance young people’s understanding of entrepreneurship, to expose them to potential career opportunities, and to equip them with the tools necessary for successful money management.

The Program

TTMB is a six week, stipend-based apprenticeship opportunity. Candidates for admission complete a rigorous application and interview process before becoming apprentices. After a thorough orientation, apprentices are teamed with a business owner who hosts them for the summer. The host business owners serve as both employer and mentor. Apprentices shadow them four days a week (Tuesday-Friday or Saturday) gaining practical, hands-on experience in business operation and management. Additionally, each apprentice attends a series of Monday Workshops that promote our four-point curriculum:

• Spiritual and Professional Development
• Entrepreneurship
• Financial Literacy
• Career Discovery

The program culminates in a final project and competition. Apprentices create business plans using the knowledge gained during the summer to document and support a small business of their own creation.
