TTMB Apprentice
Eligible candidates must be between the ages of 15 and 19, enrolled and in good standing at a high school, college or university. All are encouraged to apply, though preference is given to the student that meets the following criteria:
- resides in the New York metropolitan area
- maintains a GPA of 2.8 or higher
- possesses a keen interest in business and/or entrepreneurship
- maintains membership at EBC or another faith-based institution
Intake occurs each year from April 1st to June 1st.. Applications are also available at many local schools and churches.

Stipend
The TTMB apprentice earns $7.25 an hour and may work a minimum of 24 hours, not to exceed a maximum of 28 hours per week. Apprentices are not compensated for their participation in orientation, workshops, and field trips. Furthermore, lunch* and transportation are not provided. Apprentices may forfeit their stipends due to excessive lateness, lack of participation and/or attendance at Monday workshops, and incomplete assignments and final projects.
*Lunch during Monday workshops is provided.
